Thread Starter | Manchester Orchestra - Mean Everything to Nothing
I just went out today and bought the new Manchester Orchestra record and i must say that i love how it sounds... It was mixed by Joe Chiccarelli who is slowly becoming one of my favorite mixers/producers...and Dan Hannon... Now i know, that Mr. Chiccarelli is not posting on Gearslutz but i am hoping for some recording info....maybe from Mr. Hannon.... I also found some great pics of the recording session at Lomography Blackbird seems to be an incredible place to record an album at.... ...i wonder, is that an aea R88 in front of the kit? cheers Alex |

I got it several months ago and I completely dig this release as well, great tones, cool parts. Love the mix and mastering as well.... Rock music is alive and well with Manchester Orchestra.

The new one Simple Math also sounds AMAZING. I'd love any info on either record if anyone has any.
