Thread Starter | Ear training (EQ) in an untreated room? I would like to start doing EQ ear training (learn to hear frequency boosts/cuts) with Audio Wizard Pro or something similar to Golden Ears but my room is untreated. I would generally recommend ear training with headphones anyway, so just do that. Many ear training sources recommend headphones in their instructions. You'll do fine with any pair of decent headphones.
