What: Gearslutz / Pete's Place / Vocal Asylum Party When: Saturday September 12th 2009 at 7pm Where: James Lugo's Vocal Asylum 6381 Hollywood Blvd Suite 700 LA, CA 90028 (Corner of Hollywood and Cahuenga) (Press #700 at door) Pete's Place Audio would like to invite any GS Members to come down to Vocal Asylum / James Lugo's Studio on September 12th 2009 @ 7pm for an introduction to some new products that will be released at AES for those of you who can not make the trip to NYC. Tony Shepperd will be demoing the MK VIII, Electrodyne 511 EQ, BAC-500 Compressor plus A Designs Audio's EM-PEQ and The Nail Compressor. Anyone who would like to attend please feel free to bring your favorite 500 Series EQ or Compressor to give a test drive in the MK VIII.    A Designs Audio will provide food and drinks. This is NOT a shoot out of EQs and Comps just a demo from pre-recorded material that Tony Shepperd has worked on. Tony will also be showing you how the MK VIII works and what the whole concept of this product will do. It is a building block to start your own 32 fader console piece by piece as you can afford to add on. Bring your 500 series gear with you and hear it through unit. Everyone is invited!
