Running Lexicon reverb out through a DI box?

I want to run a Lexicon LXP serious effects unit out through a Radial JDI DI box. However, the Lexicon outputs at +4 600ohms unbalanced. Anyone know if it will work to run this into the JDI box or will there be a level and impedance mismatch problem?

So I can send the lexicon out through the mic pre transformers on my API 3124MB+ for some tone control.
