| Lives for gear | digital mixing -software or hardware ?
I mix in the box currently, and use sonar 3 producer edition. I have a Lynx AES16 interface, with 16 in's and out's and has a 32 channel 32 bit mixer engine. I'm trying to figure out what this means....... does this mean that I can mix my digital tracks using this LYnx or is the default method of Sonar's mixing engine the best way to go ? Can someone give me a better understanding of this concept ? thanks
