Novation Remote SL MkII - Help Mapping With Traktor Scratch Pro

The Novation SL mk2 is not compatible with their templte editor and does not have a template editor of its own.

Traktor Pro doesn't seem to pick up using the midi learn feature or the CC assign. I'm not sure how to set the midi up (ports ect) so this may be the issue, i'm not sure.
