The amusing thing is that was a list of ironic observations from a new poster over in this forum. It was hilarious and like all satire theres enough truth to it that it hurts just a little. Not that the RME Fireface is the only firewire soundcard anyone should ever buy but the fact that there are enough people round these parts saying as much that a newbie could be forgiven for believing the rest are 1u racks filled with dogshit.

Yeah you should find the original post because that one on the Womb wasn't the original, it was a clone. A good one, but some of the parts from the original can't be made anymore cause metal's not the same as it was in the past and when you A/B the two posts the original definately sounds warmer.

he forgot to mention that the new fender guitars are made from non musical wood.
there hasen't been any musical wood available since the 60's.

And what about vintage mic stands? Remember those big heavy round bases the stands screwed into? They just don't make 'em like that any more.
