Fun with Ebay Drums!

Noble & Cooley Drum Set CD Maple-Drums-Blue Sparkle - eBay (item 350207543259 end time Jun-04-09 12:42:46 PDT)

Ok this is one of the most entertaining things I have ever seen on ebay... Go to the picture and run your mouse over the kit... It scared me at first, because I didn't realize I had triggered it! Check it out.

Kind of a pointless thread, but thought it might keep some bored people occupied for about 2 minutes.

does anyone else dig that snare sound?

i really like it...

the first rack tom is blah

but the 2nd rack could be cool and the floor is decent

im not commenting on the kick

thats neat but weird...

i think itd be cool for dealing vintage drums

I hadn't seen that on Ebay before.
Pretty cool bit of code.

Yeah that was my thought...

Now here's the thing. I have played one of those kits before, and they sound like 1,000 times better than those snippets. The kick I played was REALLY deep and rich, and the snare was full and warm with a light crispness to it, and the toms were nice and round... So I am not sure what's going on with the samples. I was impressed with the coding and not so much the snippets.
