cables for preamp?

i'm gonna order my first preamp this week. but i'm not sure what cables i should get. (yeah i know, i'm a noob!) Gonna buy the Great River ME-1NV from vintageking and have it delivered to me. wanna get everything i need, so i don't have to search for this stuff when i get the gear.

If you are able to solder Evidence Audio's Lyric HG can be bought for $4.95 a foot from Lava Cable. I prefer the sound of it to Mogami.

thanks for that. probably could do some soldering, but don't have a solder myself. probably just gonna order the TRS to TRS. it sounds logical.

can you just buy the cables from Vintage King? They're not doing their job if they're not selling you everything you need to get your gear up and running; it's good customer service to sell you the cables if you need them! thumbsup

yeah i should ask them!
but i could buy cables from anywhere, just though it would be convenient to buy everything from one place. and i don't really care if it's Mogami or not, i have no experience with that brand actually. Been making everything ITB for too long!
