Presonus Faderport question???

Hello,

I am looking at adding a Faderport to my studio and have a question.

If I had say 32 tracks of audio in my DAW and wanted to move from track 1 to track 32 by selecting the track with my mouse, will the Faderport fader follow this track change?

I remember reading that the Faderport will only follow a leap selection with the mouse no more than 8 channels at a time.

I am hoping this isn't true.

In Logic it will follow the active track in the arrange window and in the mixer, doesn't matter which one you click on.

What you describe happens in HUI mode only. I don't know what DAW you're using but the faderport is supported natively in some of them.
