Not sayin' this is what's wrong but sometimes when you have lots of cables and equipment by your computer it creates "noise" on the screen.

A friend of mine had it once in... Sonar or Audition, can't remember. He had to disable something called X-Ray. Does that make sense? I don't know these two DAWs, but I do remember his problem and him asking me.

Where does it have to be disabled? In the Daw?

Yes, and it sucks. ?????
My screen leaves pixalted spots and then the computer locks up, and auto reboots. It's a skin crawler for me. I still have 35 gigs of hardrive space left and re-fragged my system. Problem is still there. ugghhhh..

You have to disable it in the DAW. Why not contact Waves directly? The chance of being helped with something as specific as this is much higher then.

If you're using Sonar, turn off the x-ray.
