MOTU 8pre shut down and wont power up! ideas?

Hello everyone, so today I was working on some stuff on my trusty ol' MOTU 8pre, walked away for a quick break, and came back to find that it was no longer powered on. I tried switching it on a few times, and checked the power chords, as well as turning on and off the power conditioner it is plugged into, with no luck. I suppose it could be a fuse, but wouldn't the power conditioner prevent that? anyway MOTU's customer support is god awful, so I thought I'd see if any of you find folks had any ideas.

Thanks a million, I need to finish up this movie score and I dont have the dough to pick up a new one!
