Toft ATB users - Question?

I am thinking about buying one of these used. The one I'm looking at is a 16 channels and isn't one of the newer ones. I know it has unbalanced outs but I'm not sure if the operating level is +4 or -10. Does anyone know the answer to this question?

Thanks,
-Aaron
