Euphonix MC Mix

The MC Mix was delivered this morning and I got to hook it up during a session break...obviously I haven't gone in depth with it, but my first impression is that it's pretty awesome

i had a tascam 2400 and although having 24 faders was nice, using three rows of masking tape and a magic marker to write the names of 60 tracks got a bit old.

Looking forward to checking out the MC Control next

Hi,
What do the faders on the MC Mix feel like ? Are they nicer than MCU Pro ?

Cheers,
Chris

i've not used the MCU pro, but i like them a lot more than the older MCU...they're VERY smooth.

I just got the MC Mix and the MC Control. Great for the money. The faders feel better than the Mackie Universal Control. Nice and smooth. Once I updated the software and the firmware, all was good.

These are certainly the best controllers for PT that I have ever used. Better than the Control 24, Pro Control etc. The small footprint makes all the sense in the world. Dont need a huge control surface.
