Protools Shuts Down after recording a take!!!

After Recording a Take, My protools system would show a display that says

"Could not complete your request because assertion in "/Volumes/Development/vb_cliff/AlturaPorts/NewFilelibs/CoreFoundation/MacBuild/../../Sys/Sys_compatibilityUtils.cpp",line 152"

and then it would just mysteriously shutdown. This happens every now and then but it gets really annoying when i have clients here waiting in the booth for my protools to reopen.

Can someone tell me what's wrong!

Had something similar happen a while back. Turned out to be bad memory, and strangely enough it started out intermittent and got worse over a couple of weeks.

Got new ram and the problem is gone.

I'm seeing this exact error too. Just started to happen. Some sessions are somehow corrupted by something, and then they stop working. Have to resort to a backup. SUCKS.
