I emailed them after ordering mine, they said they are getting swamped. I ordered mine on February 27 and received mine on March 7. I'm in North Carolina and I think they are in California so shipping probably took 3 days or so.

Hopefully it will be to you soon, they do sound great...I haven't messed with their module yet though.
Good Luck,
cam

HOTC I'm really sorry if you are waiting long. We are working around the clock to get orders out at a reasonable rate. European orders can be tricky because once it gets into customs, it can be held for a day or two.

We have a European distributor in Germany that can get any new potential customers faster shipping:

Thanks for your patience,

I ordered mine Jan 30 and I am still waiting. I've been in touch and they are suppose to be express shipping another one to me.

Randall I may have to drive over to the shoals so I can see and hear them in person.

we use US POST and every once and a while packages get lost which is probably the case in your situation... I'm sure Alex our shipping manager is on it though..

Yea I have been in touch with Alex and I guess he is doing everything he can. I am still waiting though.

Randall,
I am going out of town next week. I'll try to contact you when I get back and see if we can set something up.

It can take some time to get your order. With that last update it took 2 or 3 weeks for me to get it and I'm in washington state. They're a small company that gets absolutely bombarded by orders. They do what they can and I'm sure they will take care of everyones issues, just give them time.

That said, I haven't ordered the new update yet. I can't find all of my old order information.

B.Santillan,

I was in the same boat, I couldn't find my old order number, I called them up and they were very friendly, and verified me as a customer. You might try the same!

All the best,
Jim

My 8 or 9 days is fine really, it's just the last time it was insanely fast like I had it 2-3 days after I ordered it. Love the Steely Dan set, great sounding stuff and is worth it.

Oh F.F.S.

Ya it's a big conspiracy.

Geeezuz.

EDITED
Probably because this used to be the official place for initial announcement, support and feedback for the product until it got its own forum on the SSD site. But just because it now has an official forum doesn't mean it's forbidden to even be discussed here. in fact, I'm surprised that it would actually only be once a week.
