Thread Starter | Passive signal chain ?
What happens, if I chain 2 passive devices, e.g. if I put a passive EQ behind a Folcrom ? Do I loose the 34db twice ? or do I have to amplify after each unit ? regards, kosi |

Yes, you'll loose at least that amount. And depending on the actual input/output impedances of the units, probably more than that. Many passive eq's has very-low input impedance and medium output impedance, thus not allowing you to chain them in any predictable way.. Jakob E. |
