Website that will tell you who wrote what song.

What's the resource site to find who the songwriters are for any given song?

I checkback this info on the BMI or ASCAP site. Pretty easy...

ASCAP ACE - Search

BMI | Repertoire Search

All music is an OK source for various bits of info, but the links above for ascap bmi are your best bets for finding songwriter info.

HFA harry fox agency - most songs come up there with the proper writer/publisher info , site is usually used for mechanical liscences but they have a pretty thorough database.

This is sorta related, but not exact. I-phone has a free download program called "Shazam". You play a song (from any other source) to your I-phone while Shazam "listens" to it. It will tell you the artist, usually within about 15-20 seconds.... unreal.

I always go to Wikipedia for that kind of stuff, and they always come through.
