Thread Starter | Improving recording quality of M-Audio 410?
Qucik history, i started on 4 track tape, moved to digi001, recently slimmed down the setup to a laptop and a m-audio 410, the sound quality is.....decent enough running through my mackie 1604 vlz, but all this talk about convertors and pres got me wondering what i can do to beef up the depth. problem is i dont know where to start, should i be looking towards something like the mini me (i dont even now if this will work with the 410) or a nice little preamp, something like the Avalon U5? oh, i record both digital instruments and live instruments |
