SansAmp Acoustic or Avalon U-5 for acoustic guitar

Hi guys!

I'm not much of a poster but like to lurk around here(many great minds around...).
Just need an opinion about those two units for going live.

I hate to say it, but if you are JUST using it live the Sansamp might give you more of the sound you want.. you could save some $$ that way. If their is any possibility of you using it for recording, go for the U5.

you'll have to plug your guitar in the U-5

its not a mic pre stike
