anyone comment on this a/d card is it worth the upgrade from digi 002 converters?

Definitely. Also, my brother in law used to clock his 002 from his ISA digital card and it was a little better.

very tiny difference... dont worth the upgrade except if u can get the the ad card at 150-200usd in used but dont belive to much from it.... I bought my AD card to the ISA430mkii and iam almost boring! only good if must have + input to ur soundcard...
