Thread Starter | DJ is remixing my song: looking for contract templates
Hey everyone, I did a quick search but couldnt find anything specific to my question. This dj is wanting to remix one of my songs. He would put the remix on his album, I'll put it on mine, and neither of us will sell it as a single unless both parties agree. I cant afford the services of an entertainment lawyer so I'm looking for some free online templates of contracts explaining this type of arrangement, in the proper legal lingo. Anyone have any leads? Thanks! |

Thanks for the reply. I just assumed he Would own the remix, no? Is there no way to ensure that the song IS NOT sold as a single, to the public on iTunes or for commercial use?
