Pro Tools Output Levels

Does anybody know what the output levels are for outputs 3-8 on the Digi 001? I have some tracks that I'm trying to send to a tape machine (I know the DA coverters aren't that great) and the problem is that at the I'm getting practically zero level on the tape machine. I get normal levels when recording to tape. I'm using ballanced 1/4" inch to XLR male cables to go to the tape machine. Thanks.
