Good Reference Material for Live sounding Retro Productions??

Im mixing something at the minute and the band want a 'modern yet reto mix"

Any suggestions? Something well produced and mixed but still nice and raw. So no CLA stuff

they are kinda rocky, a little like Tho Who at times. Its a guitar, bass, drums, vocals and lots of perc mix.

yep good call. Im wondering if theres anything recent i can reference as well. They still want to compete with modern radio stuff. I think just hyping the drums a bit will help that
