I've got five 512c's (Soon to be six), one Avedis MA5 (Soon to be two), and one JLM PEQ500.

I'd love to see a PCM42 delay, or something comparable brought the 500 series table. Some manufacture out there is hopefully bound to make it happen.

I've got pics coming soon!

Viva la 500 series!

I'm most interested in 500 series frames becoming consoles!!!! Like the Pete's Place Mark VIII (is that in production?) and the Tree Audio console (though that's quite a dollop of cash for a console with no moving faders in its future, IMHO).

Right now I have:
2x mono gamas
2x lachapell 583e
2x lachapell 583s

in the next few months I expect to load up my lunch box with
2x juggernauts (or jlm?)
2x anamod 660
2x a designs peq

What would you suggest, Pan60? You are the 500 series guru!!!

To date:
2 x Juggernauts
1 x Elixir
1 x ma5
1 x DerrEsser
1 x Action
1 x Essence
1 x EM-PEQ

Loving them all. Only 3 spots left to fill second lunch box. Would like a second EQ, something more versatile to compliment the EM-PEQ. Which ones are you guys really liking?

(2x) 550b
(1x) 550a
(1x) komit
(1x) action
(1x) odd
(1x) 560
(2x) s+m eqs (one is built and one is close to being finished) however they're not in this pic.

all in a purple sweet ten rack.

My only issue is that the s+m doesnt fit into the rack easily the hi eq knob is slightly too high on the face so it's a PITA to line up and get in.. Not sure if it's a purple or s+m issue. I've been too busy to call out to either company maybe once these tracks are done. I could always trim the rack I suppose.

How do you like the API EQ units? I'm curious which you're using for what?

Here's my lonely GR 500NV that I got at the top of December. Got my eye on the Alta Moda comp next...or a Springfield XD40 compact.

I love my pair of DerrEssers. Nothing else has come close to the sound quality and ease of use for me. I use two because sometimes sibilance can be in multiple frequency areas and I can get better results by targeting each area specifically as opposed to trying to get it all with one unit. The low/high pass filters are smooth as butter and very handy as well.

I highly recommend this product.

Ok, same modules as 2008 pictured from a different angle here with a little hint/suggestion... nah, actually I really wouldn't want a little rat in my lunchbox. But maybe some fx type modules would be cool.

Another 500 series product suggestion, GSSL stereobus type comp with a twist! Big VU, 2 slots is fine...

Considering to add in 2009; another E27 and 660 to have that chain in stereo, Alta Moda's, API 550B, JLM Peq500, Vintagedesign 5081 and the Purple Action!

Also thinking of adding a 6 space API lunchbox so I can accommodate more modules and take them to other studio's.

I just wish the manufacturers could aggree on a few common release dates per year and nothing in between.
I mean, as soon as you've more or less decided on the next purchase, BAM! there's the new Helios, or the new ShadowHills compressor , or the new......(fill in this week's new release)... about to hit the market.
I think I've got a severe case of VPR-itis. Is there a Saul Walker wing at the Betty Ford clinic?
