HELP is this distorted?

I just recorded this voice over, str8 from my mic (TLM 103) to m preamp (Mindprint Envoice), and all the levels were good and everything, but it seems on the verge of distortion. Am I right? Is it distorted?

Latly my mixes even seem slightly distorded, I was thinking maybe I was pushing my levels too much, but now I think maybe its the vocals that are sounding that way and making the overall mix come out sounding slightly distorted.

Sounds fine to me..

What part do you think is distorted?

The level seems fine.. there's loads of headroom digitally.. You could probably push it about 3-4 more db by the looks here.

Maybe it's just the click of the persons mouth, their voice.

Doesn't sound distorted to me tho



I suspect it's something in your playback, or your DAC conversion causing you to hear this.
