A Fun Pic and a Bit of Insight Into Me

AG-440C-4 (note MOTU V3HD interface on top.)
But most important.... circa' 1990 Ampex give-away coffee mug.

This cup was given to me by Ampex along with a cool looking, black, satin jacket with Ampex stitching.
It was promptly stolen at a club while I was on stage.

This was all part of the promo stuff they gave out when they introduced 996.

yeah.... 1/2" 2 track heads are next up after the console re-cap

Interestingly enough, that deck is probably the most fully functional deck I own.
I have never had to work on it and I have had it for a few years.
It is well over thirty-five years old and works 100%!

The coffee mug will eventually be dropped on the tile kitchen floor or on the driveway as I get in my truck.
It's fate is sealed!
