Thread Starter | I currently own a E-MU 0404! I use a Shure KMS 32 with a A-DESIGN Pre amp for recording singing voices into my computer. Salespeople are telling me that the Lynx L22 has better converters than the E-MU 0404 and that I will get cleaner sound. In other forums I am told there is no difference. Could somebody here shed some light on this? Is it worth it to upgrade? Thank you. |

| basically converters can make a big difference. get behringer ada 8000 (and if you have a-design pre, then you can bypass the preamp section of the ada8000), better than both and cheaper than lynx. and you have additional a channels (with not so good preamps) for experimenting. |

| Sales people will always tell you about that other products that is better than the one you have, don't be surprised if it costs more.. ;-) Niv, what's the point of getting the Behringer if it is not better and if jujufactory doesn't need more than one or two inputs? /Peter |
