Post Insert Send?

Hello. Question: I have the DDA " S" console which has the insert send in the post EQ" configuration. The insert return by-passes the EQ and goes to the fader. Who would consider this "ok" and who would consider this "not ok" and why? Thanks!.....

If you have a DDA then that means that you probably don't want my Tascam anymore huh ? HA.

Good to hear from you Snatch. I would think that the post eq would be a good thing because then I can put eq into a compressor attached rather than after a compressor attached. I mix kind of dirty sometimes so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but if you have good eq then it is nice to hit a compressor with it.

Regards.

Hey Firby. Good to hear from ya!..thumbsup....I could still use the Tascam's PSU..... Especially since Tascam techs has had mine since ....September........I like the DDA. Sorta limited on features, but I can work around them. The trade off seems to be worth it tho!.. Thanks..
