Thread Starter | Symphony rig - monitoring/printing mixes
Hi there, I am close to buying a Symphony Rig for my Mac pro using one AD-16X and one DA-16X converters, but I am not sure about how my monitoring chain should be connected and how will I eventually print mixes I make. I will be using outboard units during mixing inside Logic, that's why I want all those inputs and outputs. Should I get a dedicated monitor controller (like the one from Dangerous music) and occupy two of the outputs of the DA-16X and then bounce inside Logic? I am going for an ITB approach (at the moment) and I am not sure how to configure a trustworthy Symphony rig. How are your Symphony rigs configured? |
