Just got my new Focal Twin6's set up...

Finally moved the old HR824's out, and moved the new Twin 6's in.......... I had no idea....

I could FINALLY hear EVERYTHING I was doing wrong... everything made sense. I didn't even want to start tweaking on things until I've had a few days to really hear how things sound on them... but wow... my mixes sounded so different... so muddy! but that makes so much sense to me... because everything sounds super clear on the mackies... and muddy everywhere else when I do mixes on the mackies. Now they sound muddy at the source... I will clean them up... and they will sound clean everywhere else. It's going to be a big revalation.

I'll post some mixes in the next couple days... A/B mixes pre/post mackie.

Cheers to hearing things. properly.
