can the moog voyage get the same sounds as the moog lil phatty?

Having owned both I can say without a doubt that the Voyager can go way beyond where the Phatty can take you. You get three oscillators, more modulation options, a mix in/out for adding fx pre-filter (super cool, especially for distortion fx), dual filters, the ability to modulate parameters via after touch...the list goes on!

If you're budget's tight though, the Phatty is a damn fine little synth!

hey all, not trying to hijack the thread, but had a question about the phatty.. Could I pair the phatty up with a set of roland PK 5 foot pedals? I was thinking about trying that, instead of splurging on the Taurus Re Issue. thank you for any advice.

Yes. Roland PK-5 has a MIDI output, Phatty has a MIDI input.

i dont own any of them but i know that little phatty has an overload button in the filter section for overdrive. voyager dont have that button.
