If you had 1 question to ask Metallica...

1. For James, 2 part question:

a) How did you transform from a super cool, no nonsense hesher into a lame ass rockabilly dad with a goatee, tattoos applied after the age of 30 and a tiny, goofy hot rod go-kart (see Some Kind of Monster)?

b) Why would you EVER let a camera into the room when you're writing lyrics, considering how bad they are? (To tell you the truth, I didn't think they were that bad when the music was actually good)

2. For Lars:

How can you live with the fact that your dad is about a million times cooler than you, and everybody who's seen Some Kind of Monster knows it?

3. For Robert Trujillo:

After seeing Some Kind of Monster, how can you even muster up the energy to play with these dudes? Come on - Jason Newstead basically called bullshit on the whole thing and tacked up a sign that said "have fun with these morons."

4. For Kirk:

When are you going to stop being so nice and realize that everyone around you is a complete and total idiot?

My "hater" comment was rather short and took about 40 seconds to type, and was actually aimed towards the sort of demographic that you are criticizing.

Face it:
Metallica is a love/hate band.

I've never liked them since I've heard them. The only thing I respect about them is the ability to be such an incredibly stupid and untalented group of individuals that happened to sell a boatload of records to an audience that has been dumbed down by marketing trends. They helped accelerate the pace of the downward spiral of the record industry.

I still thoughtfully respect the opinions of those who love Metallica, however it should be noted that Kirk Hammett is to guitar what Kenny G is to soprano sax...

Im 100% positive if Cliff were here, this all would have went differently... Very differently.

I loved Metallica. I hated them when I first heard them and they won me over until and Justice for All- which I grew to like- EVEN SONICALLY... Then the Black album. I could care less how many copies sold- thats a HORRIBLE record and James is an AWFUL singer- great pissed off screamer- HORRIBLE singer... But yes, now they get radio and lots of $$$!

Now they are one of the absolute worst bands to walk the earth. Bad songs, bad writing, and no heart. fuuck

And James is just a complete ass... Period. And Kirk really should pop for decent plugs- his hair is the funniest sh*t I have EVER SEEN. I mean your RICHER THAN GOD, please do something about that hilarious hairline...
