I want to join!

I have a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard and Mouse - they're very nice (the executive leather ones) - work perfectly.

I had to get a new set to fit on my keyboard/mouse tray (its mysteriously undersized...).

Anywho, if anyone would like a nice wireless keyboard/mouse combo let me know. I can take pics if you want. PM me.

Hirocaster....HA HA!! (poor bear)...

I don't fully understand why a man whose job is to smash people would make a special appearance on a thread devoted to love and kindness, but for some reason it's working for me!

Maybe it's because I want to see the gift giving be unstoppable.

I can't promise that all 8 channels work, but I have two (2!) HOSA snakes that are RCA to 1/4" TS connectors.

At least I think I still have them, cuz I never throw cables out.

They're yours if you want them.

And since he told me in my dream that he would break me in half if I didn't see to it that the gift giving continued, in a way that makes him the new Santa Claus, too.

Sort of.

Thanks for the interface. I'll try it out with my laptop, but I expect I'll pass it on to my brother-in-law or one of my friends who specializes in "lo-fi on-location recording", whatever the Hell that is...

OK, I just finished reading Behind The Glass by Howard Massey for about the fifth time.

Lots of fascinating interviews with top engineers and producers. thumbsup

It's a great book, and I'm done with it.

Want it?

Hit me.

EDIT: OK, the book is gone. I feel lighter already.

How about the Mastering Engineer's Handbook by Bobby Owsinski. It's got some useful technical info and the interviews are an entertaining read. PM me your address and USPS media mail will have it there within 2-4 weeks!

EDIT: "Sold" to the man in Brazil!

The way foward-mos def!!

AYE..for a sticky or even dedicated free classifieds section...(with maybe some basic rules to prevent abuse)..There's a UK based site called freecycle which does a similar thing-you post up whatever you're happy to give away-obviously all sorts of stuff, not just audio gear.

Another variation could be a charity sales section..where the 'seller' request the 'buyer' make a donation to the charity/worthy cause of his choice....

..I WILL def dig out some stuff...

..no really..

I haven't had a chance to look for anything to give away yet, but in the meantime, I can offer my vocal melodyning skills!
If you've got some not quite perfect vocals that need kicking into shape, PM me, send me your files and I'll tune 'em up and send 'em back to you all nice and tuned!
spread the love!

You must be a glutton for punishment! We're only try to get people to spread love and generocity, not crucify themselves! Seriously though, I think that's very generous of you to offer that kind of time (applause).
