The photo above was taken around 8 years ago with a Nikon 35mm Camera and Kodak E-6 (Slide/Positive) film. I think it was a pretty old roll, ISO 400.

nice..

i like shooting with 800ISO film. got a 1.4f aperture, so it makes for some good night shots.

AARGHHH!!! sorry, i'm still highjacking this thread!!!

I'm prepared to let that transgression go due to the funny and surreal nature of the joke you sent me today.

Anything involving elephants up trees getting hit by refrigerators is just plain funny.

You lucked out...this time!

1. A pair of gently used Shure E2 insert head monitors. These were a back up pair I kept around when I was doing a lot more live sound gigs. Ideally they'd go to someone who will use them for their intended purpose; and not as an i-pod accessory.

2. A knock off (Samson i think?) SM58 with an on/off switch I used as a talk-back mic during the same era as the E2s. The grill has met the floor a couple of times, but the good news is that it doesn't smell like foot cheese yet.

3.DEAL PENDING Sennheiser E604. This mic is NON-FUNCTIONING. I figured someone with a sense of gentle persuasion may be able to crack open the sealed chasis and pick up a great mic for a little sweat equity. One stipulation: I want to hear back from you as to the success (or lack) of your efforts. I still have 2 of these, and I'd like to know how to fix them when/if they break. (What a dfegad-poor design.) If nothing else, you've got yourself a decent drum mic mount!

I will cover shipping, just PM me with your request and what you will use it for and I will choose the recipiant.

Oh and by the way NO CUBS FANS!! My generosity can only go so far.
Bumping myself...

The e604 will go to the clint eastwood (Bowie) dude, who is going to fix it and re-gift it. awesome.

There have been a few responses on the E2's...

Apparently no one wants a knock off 58. it's a great talk back.

oh there's loads of stuff i would want, but aside from services as a sax player (I'LL RECORD YOUR SAX LINES!!!) i don't have much in the way of materialistic stuff to offer..

and i'm in the UK, so postage tends to be a bit of a piffle

but seriously, if anyone needs a little sax sound to their mix, then let me know and i'd be happy to oblige - i won't do it FOREVER for free but i'll certainly help out a few people who need it - it would be a pleasure

His Rawness and Fedor

Okay no joking..........

I had a dream that His Rawness and Fedor came into my office at 3am.
Fedor had his head down kinda looking at the floor and His Rawness came as a glowing glob and spoke for both of them.
Fedor never said a word just kept looking up and then down at the floor.

Every time His Rawness spoke he glowed brighter and when he stopped the brightness went down...almost like those lights that go on and off with the music kinda thing.

Anyway the message was quite clear and they both seemed to be in agreement with each other.

His Rawness called me CHEAP and said I could do better.

So I decided today to look around the shop and see what I could find.

I believe a REDDI that is used and may have come off the road with someone.......or we had it as a demo.......not really sure

But If RawBeanZen is willing to take the PMs and pick the right person for the gift then I will do it. But I would like BOWIE to be involved somehow with picking the right person too.
He seems to have a good grasp on the right people.......will this work?

Peter

I may on occasion talk about some of the products I am a dealer for in my posts.. and that's OK! I sell them because I like them. Not vice versa. It's more fun to talk about things you know and love, then things you don't.

I'd just like to take a moment here to say that C is for Cookie.

And, frankly, that's good enough for me.
