Can I run AES/EBU signal through my analog patchbay?

Can I run my digital audio AES/EBU signal through my analog patchbay?

I'm planning to use 110ohms digital cable thru the points of the patch I'm building up...
I was wondering if my patch cable could be a problem.
Or maybe any interference or cross talk?

Have you ever used a patchbay this way?

Thank You
Mazaga
