As a formet torontonian... I suggest that you guys have a get together at the Orbit room on a monday night when Kevin Breit is in town and playing... mind-blowing stuff

Yeah, but if we did that, there'd be no talking, and nothing but jaw-dropping stares from our seats - not good for 'gearsluttiness'

Breit is an animal - ever hear him with Carlos Del Junco (the monster harp player?) Breit's a phenomenal musician. He plays a pretty mean electric mandolin too...

yeah, I ahve had the privelege of workign wiht him a bunch... what an amazing guy, I cant think of another human being that I am happerier to see doing well.

One of the first sessions I was ever on was with him doign overdubs on a record that had a really " not so good" guitar player on it... Kev had us leave the guys feeble parts in and he played around it all , made the track brilliant and the guys playing a part of it all, after the take he said : there, now you dont have to have that talk......"

The Guitorgan stuff really knocks me out though... I allways tell prople that whenever he first got a guitar, no one told him what NOT to do with it...
