| I'm puzzled why they would implement the (aging) renncomp and maxxbass algos into a 'new' L2, instead of using the L3 multiband or singleband process for this 'new' box... It is mildly interesting, but I would prefer just the L3 algos and the latest converters, without the plugins. I'm guessing most mastering houses would agree. Which dictates this unit as a 'new finaliser' for the prosumer project market, but with a $3295 MSRP... I don't get it. Pass the crack pipe.

| 3300 bucks? for algos from the computer stone age? that's ridiculous. why not building a hardware L3 for 1700-2000$? |
