What's the deal with those, Massive? Are they any good? I bought the Purrfect drums way back and was a bit underwelmed, most of the time i just use samples grabbed from the session in question, or my own ever growning collection. Has anybody bought any of the other gog file packs, and if so what were your feeling? jeffrey

How does Drumagog compare to a hardware drum machine like the mpc 2000?

I used drumagog a while back when I was still doing Nuendo, even then was worlds beyond sound replacer (my current source of frustration). This new version and the rock drum samples from fairview recording will put replacement at a new level of ease. I'm waiting for TL Labs to finally bring out (release) their Drum Rehab plugin, but patience is running out... hope this stall won't hurt their sales of it (hint hint TL). -Ryan |

I've seen the beta for Rehab at work and also tried the demo for Drumagog. Rehab is the winner for my taste.....better interface and function. One fo the coolest functions is that Rehab syncs with the timeline!! Indispensable for tweaking triggers. Drumagog also has dang latency that neither the latency slider or PT's adc can remedy. I would wait for rehab to make a decision.
