Moving to St. Paul MN, advice on finding a room for my stuff

Gonna be relocating to St. Paul later this year, and thinking about how I'm going to set up my little songwriting lab. Anyone have advice on places to look--recording studios with extra rooms, arts spaces?--or resources to check?

Not planning to look for anything too fancy or large, just a space where I can run a DAW and some synths and make noise without bothering neighbors...

Peece,
T. Tauri
