RE: Has anyone managed to upload a custom avatar on this new forum yet?

I am unsure if something is disabled on the admin side or if the option is in fact there, but buried away somewhere deep in the user options of the new forum.

I can't even figure out how to quote single lines, just the whole post. I don't even want to try to upload an avatar.

An Avatar is a studio at 441 W. 53rd street... or the little picture under the user name... which ever you prefer [the one at 441 W. 53rd St. has a better mic collection but the 8088 needs some love].

And by the way, is it just me, or has editing your own posts become inpossible? You know, to correct spelling and such....

It would appear that there is no facility to upload an Avatar within the user control panel under "Edit Avatar" Jules. At least, I cannot find it if there is.

I get a box at the bottom of "Edit Avatar" in the user control panel to upload one...

Does everybody else get the chance too?

Here is some text from my "Edit Avatar" page... check it out to see if you get these options too.. This text is located BELOW all the supplied avatars... look at the bottom of the page.. See if you can see it too...

well... mine kinda worked... i can't seem to be able to make it fill up more space even though the file is very small.
is it because some of the other avatars are actually linked somewhere?

maybe i can try that... lemme get a hold of a 'puter savvy friend.

thanks Jules!
