What do you use to clean you console?

So what do you guys use to clean your console? Specifically the face of the channel strips and faders?

another related question. i am about to move my console, and i would like to clean out all of the connections behind is, as well as all patchpoints. what would be a good product to do this with? the last facility i worked for had some type of patch cable cleaner that was silver, but i cant remember what its called.

Damp cloth for the faceplate. If the faders need cleaning (spills), and they're conductive plastic (P&G, for eg.) then distilled water is best.
