| How do you Word Clock? I've been thinking of getting rid of my Lucid genX 6/96 as I'm only using it as a distribution amp. How would I go about distribuiting clock? Daisy Chain ? The equipment in question is Cranesong Spider sending master clock to: Digi 192 Digi 96 RME soundcard (giga PC) KSP 8 with lightpiper. Any input is highly appreciated.

| Lives for gear | What's wrong with your current configuration? You'll probably be in for less problems if you clock everything directly to one source than if you try to daisy chain all that gear. The Lucid seems to be a fine clock (I have the original Gen X)or you can (as it sounds like you currently are) use it to redistribute clock from another device. What problem are you trying to solve? -Synth80s |
