| Lives for gear | Ensemble Hi-Z Input = JDI+Preamp? Hello, I am curious about these two Hi-Z inputs on my Ensemble's faceplate. I am assuming these are both D.I., but do they automatically get routed through one of the Ensemble's four mic preamps? if not, do I need to patch a cable in the back somewhere from one of outputs back into a mic preamp in order to record it? Also, is the Ensemble Hi-Z input (if it's a D.I.) Active or Passive?
