Sony MDR 7506 replacement parts

Does anyone know the best and easiest place to buy/order new earpads for my 7506 phones? Thanks!

oh boy. I went through this search a while ago. I think B&H Photo & Video carries all the sony parts.

Be warned though, they think they're made of gold.

I ended up buying new Seinheiser phones for not much more than the replacement drivers for the 7506's would have cost me.

Replacement parts

The Sony service center in Norcross Georgia carries all these things. For some reason, about 3 years ago, they decided to double the cost of the drivers. They were around $25 before, went up to $50! EACH! I'm not sure if all the parts doubled like that, but it sure made no sense to buy 2 replacement drivers for $100+shipping, or a new pair for btw $90-100.

Exactly what jhg said. I stopped buying replacement drivers and started buying new units and when a driver went down on one I waited for another to die and then install the one good driver from the other pair. Complete nonsense.
You can also look at the more powerful 7509's, they won't blow on ya, but they cost more.

Grrr. They really do think they are made of Gold. I'm working at a place where there are 3 pairs out. I hate to tell the owner that it's cheaper to get new ones. grr.

You meant that you just bought new headphones and not that you replaced the 7506 drivers with DT770 drivers, right?

Full Compass has been the best price on parts for these every time I've needed to repair one in the last decade.
