Mytek customer service

Is Mytek customer service good?

Cause we wanna buy gear with very good support, as we are installing for third party.

Regards

I've e-mailed Mytek twice over the last 3-4 weeks looking for some product info and I've received nothing in return. In a high-end product niche where the audible difference between top converters is ~1%, customer service and support makes all the difference.

Based on this experience, Mytek is off my list of potential products/vendors.

Strangely enough, I've also emailed Mytek 2wice in the last week and both times they responded within 24 hours and to my complete satisfaction.

You remember incorrectly... and while I do indeed like the sound of the product [from the limited experience I have with it, it sounded pretty good]... getting a return phone call from Mihal was just a little more painful than root canal sans anesthesia hence we made the active decision to "not go there".

Nope -- I used info2004@mytekdigital.com -- straight off their web site.

Well I was just on the phone with a vendor here in the US.(which I don't wanna name....)

Who told me that they are having to many non returned calls/emails from Mytek , so they are actually telling us that they do not recommend going with Mytek for very poor support.

(BTW they hate to have to tell that to a customer about one of there products......)

Now we find this a shame considerring Mytek have AMAZING gear....

So come on Mytek hire someone to do the customer service job...;)

I ordered a Stereo96 DAC direct from Mytek that was invoiced 11/26/04. After 2+ months, I've yet to receive it. Is this normal for Mytek?

Just wondering. My ADC sounds terrfic and just hoping I get the DAC soon.
