Trident Fleximix Questions for Tracking Hip-Hop

I may be picking up a Fleximix, however I would like to get opinions on it's sound before buying.
With the all important low end in Hip-Hop, how will this desk do in tracking? I often use eq while tracking so what can I expect from the Fleximix?

Any opinions/thoughts about how this will affect my sound will be helpful.

The Fleximix is a great sounding console. One of the best Tridents, right under the A Range and B Range. These are mostly known as rock desks, but I don't see how they wouldn't compliment any style of music. I would give it a try and see if it works for you and your music. Best of luck.

Any comments about the bottom end on this guy?
I am not aware of any records cut on this desk, but A-B ranges have seen alot of territory.
One of my favorites would be Herbie Hancock's Headhunters.
