Benchmark ADC1 shipping date?

it's been a while since i have heard anything about the eventual availability of the ADC1. I know it was shown at AES, but could anyone give a brother a hint?

It was supposed to ship this month but obviously that target slipped. I was excited to hear about it until I learned of the $1750 list price.

Just thought everyone would like to know that the Benchmark ADC1 is now shipping! The sales and marketing staff have been listening to them here all week, and it has all the uncolored and pristine sound that has made the DAC1 such a success. Personally, I am very pleased with the sound and I bought two of them for my location recordings!

As you may know, the ADC1 was originally announced for release quite a while ago, and due to some hitches getting the product done we were met with delay after delay. We are very excited to have the ADC1 finished and I want everyone who has been outstandingly patient to know that their hopes and dreams are finally coming true. I am one of the many who have been waiting for this product, and as I happen to work for Benchmark I am one of the first to know that it is done! Benchmark has many great fans and I want everyone to know the good news because I know that they will be as excited as I am!

It's taken so long for the ADC1 to come out, that most people have fulfilled their hopes and dreams many months ago...with another product.


BTW Labs...Your comment about Atticus couldn't have been any more true.
