Thread Starter | Touch-up for scratches on black faceplates....
A few of my API modules had some nicks on them since they're of different vintages. A friend recommended this Birchwood Casey Touch Up Pen. Gotta do a search for it at: http://www.outdoorsuperstore.com as the actual link to the product doesn't take you back to it. I think the secret is to not put it on too thick and to definitely give it time to dry. Really helped spiff up the place! |

Try a black sharpie.... works for me.... Or if you realy want to take your time, water based acrylic paint, but be careful.

Sharpie is sometimes the ticket, but I've found that on black anodizing it can look purple/blue. Of course sometimes black anodizing fades to brown, gold, etc...
