Avalon Support Rawks!!!!!!

Guys,
I just wanted to share a great support experience.

I purchased an M5 a while back. I bought it used.

Well, my power supply began blowing fuses.
I contacted Avalon Support and did not reach a real person.
So, I left my name, number, issue and all other info the greeting requested.
As I hung up, I though "Damn, answering machine. Here we go again!" expecting drag service or worse no reply.

Well, About 30 minutes later I get the call.
"Dave, we got your message and the UPS guy is standin right here. I want to get this ADVANCE REPLACEMENT out to you now and did not here your ZIP code on the message!"
I told him, as I had on the message, " I bought this used." He did not care.

No sh!T!

So anyways.......Avalon Support is top notch!!!

Since this has happened I have used my M5 3-4 times as much. The Support alone, has made it sound better. Not that it ever didn't sound good.

I broke the VU glass on my 2022 (something like that shouldn't be covered) and I paid 2 day shipping to the factory. That was it. They replaced everything, re-calibrated the unit and sent it back to me in 2 days for FREE!
